Freelance Claire Shaddick took this year's Feature prize in the NFU's Richard Burton Horticultural Writers awards for an article in on biopesticides in the Grower. Brian Lovelidge lifted the News award with his article, published in the same magazine, on the possible loss of an important strawberry variety.
