AHDB - its role and communication priorities

A Midlands Guild event open to all Members and Friends with AHDB  chief executive Jane King and corporate affairs director Guy Attenborough

Jane KingAs AHDB discusses its future priorities and role in delivering for levy payers, this meeting provides a unique opportunity to meet AHDB chief executive Jane King and corporate affairs director Guy Attenborough, both Members of the Guild.

AHDB’s vision is to equip levy-payers with the information and tools to grow, become more competitive and sustainable. At a time of many challenges across the agriculture and horticulture sectors, Jane and Guy will highlight some of the key issues up for consideration, as AHDB progresses with its reorganisation to help it address them.

The meeting with be preceded by the BGAJ Midlands branch annual meeting and afterwards we will move to Stoneleigh Park Lodge for a drink and a bite to eat - a perfect opportunity to meet more of your fellow Members and Friends of the Guild.

To reserve a place, please register with BGAJ Midlands Secretary Liz Snaith - preferably by September 15. A £10 contribution will be collected to help cover expenses. After the meeting, Stoneleigh Park Lodge, the on-site hotel, will be open for drinks, food and further discussion.
