NSA's Caitlin Peck proud to be working in farming

Published on 22nd July 2014

National Sheep Association (NSA) communications officer Caitlin Peck has signed up as a new member.

The role, which she started in January 2014, primarily involves producing content for NSA’s publications and PR and managing the organisation’s online and social media presence.

Caitlin PeckThis is Caitlin’s first position since graduating from King’s College, Cambridge in June 2013 with a degree in politics, psychology, sociology and international studies.

Although she’s not from a farming family, Caitlin’s outdoor upbringing in rural Gloucestershire means she understands the importance of agriculture and the issues affecting farmers.

“I’ve always enjoyed working with words, and having the opportunity to combine that with my rural background is ideal”, she said.

“It feels great to be working in an industry as important as agriculture and for an organisation that does such valuable work within that industry.”

Caitlin enjoys riding and rowing and is a keen cook.
