Guild member Chris Biddle has completed the production of a new agri-tech brochure for the Department for International Trade.

Called UK Capability in Agri-Tech Engineering, the publication was produced on behalf of the Peterborough-based Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA).

It was completed in time for the Agritechnica event in November 2019.

The brochure showcases new products and innovative design and technology from 26 British agricultural machinery manufacturers whose products are exported worldwide.

It is being distributed through UK embassies and consulates across the world and at agricultural trade shows overseas.

In her introduction, AEA chief executive Ruth Bailey says the UK is home to some of the most innovative research in the agri-tech sector.

In her foreword, DIT agri-tech team leader Elizabeth Warham says an “extraordinary capability” in the UK agri-tech engineering sector is influencing sustainable farming practices worldwide.
