Farm Smart Events – run by Guild Member Andy Newbold – has taken over the farm machinery website portals www.agrimachinerynews.com and www.agrimachinery.trade.
The portals are being taken over from Paul Caunce, the original publisher and owner.
“These agricultural news portals are a great fit with our business,” says Andy.
“Paul has worked extremely hard establishing the technical news site for the trade and I am delighted to have the opportunity to help develop and grow the site.”
The site was launched in July 2014 as a brand for the farm machinery trade.
It soon proved to be popular with the machine trade as well as farmers and users of farm machinery – and in January 2016 were relaunched as a website for the ‘forward thinking’ farmer.
All trade-only content is now served by a separate site called www.agrimachinery.trade.
The website www.agrimachinery.video completes a trio of sites now owned by Farm Smart Events and Publishing.
Previous owner Paul said: “It was time for me to move into other areas of the agricultural business and I am delighted that Andy is taking it over.”
He added: “I am confident he will have new ideas which will develop and grow the popularity of the news site even further.”
