Any member wanting to put a motion for consideration at the meeting must notify the secretary by Monday 9 March.

Any member unable to attend the AGM but wishing to have their vote counted on the day can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf; a proxy must be registered with the secretary no more than 48 hours before the meeting.
