Also, up to four directors can be elected to join the management Council – read more about what they do here. Guild secretary Nikki Robertson must receive seconded nominations for candidate directors willing to stand for election by the end of today, Tuesday, 3 March.

Any member wanting to put a motion for consideration at the meeting must notify the secretary by Monday 9 March.

Any member unable to attend the AGM but wishing to have their vote counted on the day can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf; a proxy must be registered with the secretary no more than 48 hours before the meeting. A reminder – associate members of the Guild (Friends, Retired, Student and Honorary members) do not have a vote.

We look forward to meeting and socialising with many Guild members on the day.
