Save the date: Guild training days for 2019

Published on 17th December 2018

We are pleased to announce the dates for the Guild's first training sessions of 2019 – both of which are shown below.

Further information will be available as soon as we have it – but for now, please save the dates if you are interested in attending

Friday, 25 January: Writing and media skills for digital and print Location: AHDB Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

This will be a practical one-day workshop for journalists, and PR and marketing professionals with at least one year’s experience who want to further develop skills learnt in-house – or on BGAJ training sessions such as one-day CPD courses, or the John Deere Training Award.

Monday, 18 February: Keeping it legal: Media law & ethics workshop Location: AHDB Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

This will be a highly practical one-day session covering the main areas of media law and ethics affecting web and print journalists, editors and PR professionals. The course includes a chance for attendees to raise their own current or recent legal issues and questions.

Both training courses will be open for bookings soon. You will be notified by eAlert and an article on the Guild website.
