Beef Farmer, one of the specialist livestock sector magazines published by Shepherd Publishing, has been given a freshen-up with a revised design and typeface, and a new-look front cover with a new colour masthead.
“Having established itself as the industry’s premier beef publication over 18 years, we felt it time to bring the style and design in line and consistent with our other leading specialist livestock industry titles,” says Guild member Howard Venters, publisher at Shepherd. “Cattle Breederand Sheep Breeder remain strong within their individual sectors, while the well-respected Beef Farmer publication continues to support and promote the important work of the National Beef Association.”
The National Beef Association represents the interests of UK beef farmers and was established in 1998 as a specialist organisation open to anyone with an interest in the UK beef industry.
Howard adds that Shepherd Publishing is always interested to receive editorial contributions, as well as advertising and sponsorship enquiries relevant to the UK beef sector. They should be addressed to either fellow Guild member Peter Reynolds or to Liz Venters, who can be reached on 01684 565533 or by email.
