Farmer-led research is driving the future of agri-tech innovation – and the British On-Farm Innovation Network (BOFIN) is looking for a creative communications executive / manager to help share those stories from the field with the wider farming community.
BOFIN is expanding rapidly, working alongside leading UK research institutes, agri-tech innovators and forward-thinking farmers to co-create the tools and technologies that will shape the future of farming.
From reducing pesticide dependence to developing non-chemical weed control and boosting the potential of home-grown protein crops, the projects are as inspiring as they are diverse.
You’ll support the delivery of BOFIN’s communications activity – creating compelling content, managing campaigns, maintaining the website and social channels, and helping to shape the way BOFIN tells its story.
This is a hands-on role that offers huge variety, creative freedom and the chance to make a real impact as part of a small, dynamic and ambitious team.
About you:
- A natural storyteller with strong writing and creative skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable engaging with farmers, scientists, and innovators
